Care that knows your story. Patients can book a One Time Visit for $39.95 or choose Northstar primary care or Northstar family primary care — a dedicated provider, a Welcome Visit, care as often as you need, and continuity through an Annual Visit.
Visits are by secure video, phone, or messaging with a licensed Ontario nurse practitioner. This is not payment for medically necessary insured care, and Northstar is not a Ministry-rostered family doctor.
What a visit includes
Northstar Medical combines compassionate clinical care with patient-friendly digital tools. After each visit, patients receive visit summaries, prescriptions, lab requisitions, and sick notes through a PHIPA-compliant patient portal available anytime.
Care is available for acute illness, chronic condition follow-up, prescription renewals, preventative guidance, mental health support, and referrals when needed.
Plans
People who want a relationship they can keep can choose Northstar primary care for themselves or Northstar family primary care so a household shares one dedicated provider, a Welcome Visit, care as often as you need, and continuity through an Annual Visit. A One Time Visit is still available when you only need care today. You can cancel an ongoing arrangement from Manage billing. This is not payment for medically necessary insured care, and Northstar is not a Ministry-rostered family doctor.
